Samik Electronics installs LED display board at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium
Samik Electronics (CEO Lee Jae Hwan), specialized in LED display board for 46 years, has installed LED display board at the 2014 Incheon Asian Games Main Stadium. 2014 Incheon Asian Games Organizing Committee chosen the vendor in considering a thorough technical evaluation, since the main stadium that holds the opening/closing ceremonies and major athletics games is the heart of this event. Public Procurement Service finally assigned Samik Electronics to be an official vendor for the main stadium taking various aspects into evaluation process such as products quality, maintenance, production capacity and International events experience. Samik Electronics passing through the evaluation process has installed the size of 24 x 10m display boards at both the south and the north in the main stadium. The display boards that have been installed in the main stadium have the active white balance correction function which can achieve the best video on the screen. Since they are designed to be solely operated, it can display vivid color and video on the games. The operating systems can be controlled from the main operating room at the 5th floor, and the remote control is also plausible. It is also designed to be available with a mobile phone application in case of the administrator out of the control room.
