- Using the automatic inserting machine that is equipped with the resin control device when manufacturing LED prevents the loss of LED from misinsertion and the occurrence of eccentricity by manual work in maintaining uniformity of the products.
- A certain amount of resin injected by the automatic dispenser prevents screen smearing in advance from uneven amount of resin injected by manual work.
- A state of the art dot correction equipment and technology guarantees the best quality by minimizing subtle differences in brightness and color between the LED chips.
